During my recent visit to a hotel that promises both comfort and cultural immersion, I found a unique blend of traditional charm and modern convenience. The arrival experience, however, left something to be desired, as there was no welcome drink or even a simple bottle of water upon check-in. While the reception staff were polite, I sensed a lack of empathy that can make a guest's experience feel much warmer. The spacious rooms caught my attention, but I noticed a few maintenance issues that needed addressing, from doors lacking locks to missing basic amenities that were only provided upon request. The outdoor pool, while a refreshing escape, could benefit from regular cleaning, as it had sludge on the rides, detracting from the experience. On the brighter side, there were numerous activities available, from carrom to karaoke, which kept us entertained during our stay. While the hotel has potential and the staff's politeness is noted, there are areas that require improvement fully.
